Goals
CAPS is being organized to create an enormous web-based alliance that is composed of like minded patriots, large enough to be heard in Washington D.C. and that protects the original intent of the Founding Fathers. To insure that the goal in Washington is to serve the people and not the special interest groups. To identify and encourage quality candidates that will represent conservative principles and values locally and in Washington D.C. Provide services that enrich the quality of life for all members and create a new awakening of what it means to be an American Citizen….Rights, Privileges and Responsibilities.
